We offer standard shipping: $10 per shoe order (5-7 business days)

Orders are processed the next business day (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. We ship to all provinces. Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid Canadian addresses (PO boxes are not accepted). We do not ship outside Canada.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, all unworn merchandise may be returned in its original package, along with the original receipt (without it no refund will be credited), for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be credited in the manner in which the payment was made. Shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for refund shipping payments.

Return your purchase by courier:

To return a purchase by courier, please email us at: info@hollygshoes.com. Enter the item you wish to return, and state a reason for the return of your products. Our customer service representatives will review your request and will confirm your request for a return by email.
